Flowchart: Job Price Billing Variation

Business rules

  • Customer needs to agree to a change in scope before a Job Price Billing Variation is raised.
  • Job Price Billing Variation is sent to the Customer and needs to be approved (by customer) before a Job Cost Budget Variation is raised.
  • All Job Price Billing Variations require an approved Job Cost Budget Variation before work can proceed.
  • Job Cost Budget Variation is raised to update the Job Budget & Reporting section of Job Checklist.
  • When Job Budget has exceeded a Job Cost Budget Variation is required in order to be able to add further hours and expenses to the job.
